7. Goods are transported strictly subject to the Company’s Terms and Conditions. The Company assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay caused by sun, rain, water, fire, weather conditions, acts of God, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or third-party handling.
8. Perishable goods, including fresh fruits, are carried at the absolute risk of the sender. Insurance of goods during transit is the sole responsibility of the consignor.
9. Delivery of goods shall be made only upon payment of all applicable charges and surrender of the goods receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once delivery is effected against receipt, no claims shall be entertained thereafter.
10. Failure to take delivery within the stipulated time may result in demurrage charges, auction of goods, and recovery of dues in accordance with the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
11. Freight charges shall be payable as per actual weight and applicable rates. Any discrepancy between declared and actual freight may attract additional charges as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
12. User data is collected and processed solely for internal commercial and operational purposes. The Company does not sell, rent, or misuse user data and shares information only with its parent company or where disclosure is required by law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
